3 secure parking lots are in the immediate vicinity (less than 200 meters), as are numerous public transport options (metro and bus stops, Central Station less than 10 minutes’ walk).
Our meeting rooms are suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Water, coffee and tea are complimentary with every reservation. Catering services are available on request for breaks, breakfasts or lunches. We place orders with local caterers and are attentive to your needs and preferences (allergies, intolerances, dietary requirements).
Our breakout rooms allow your participants to eat in comfort.

Yes, subject to availability. For a same-day / previous-day request, the most efficient way is to call.
You will first receive an automatic acknowledgement of receipt. The final confirmation (room, times, services) will be sent to you after validation by our team.
Reservations are for a minimum of half a day, irrespective of the amount of time you need. You can also book a whole day or more.

Reception is open Monday to Thursday from 8am to 6pm and Friday from 8am to 5pm.

- Between 19 and 12 working days: 50% charged
