Yes, that’s our commitment. Rent includes property tax, regional and municipal taxes, heating, electricity, building insurance and cleaning. No annual surprises.

There are no application or installation fees. You pay only your rent and a standard rental guarantee before you move in.

Yes. That’s the advantage of our business center. You can move to a larger office within the building without breaking your contract, simply by an amendment.
